“The Lake County EOC is located in Libertyville, just north and west of the intersection of Route 21, which is Milwaukee Avenue, and Winchester Road. The entrance is the second driveway on Winchester Road, west of Milwaukee Avenue. Follow the driveway north and then east to the EMA classroom.
